What are the lease terms?

Presently, we are offering a 12-month lease. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

What are the policies around breaking the lease?

You may not plan to move out early, but circumstances change. Contact management immediately.

Is renters insurance required?

Insurance is always good to have in any case. It is required for LNX Residences.

To what extent can the unit be personalized?

Everyone has their own personal touch. Always check with the landlord, or management office, or your lease agreement for details for what you can and cannot do.

How are maintenance requests handled?

With rental units comes wear and tear. We have a dedicated contact for all your maintenance requests.

What is the pet policy?

We welcome pets. However, on a friendly note, please ensure your pets are within the weight limitations – 30lbs or less.

What is the application process and screening criteria?

The application package consists of a number of standard documents such as: your employment status, ID verification, and we do a complimentary credit check on your behalf. More details can be requested by contacting our leasing office.

What utilities are included?

Your heating and cooling are included in the rent. Water and hydro are additional, as per your use.

What will you do to the apartment before I move in?

This is a brand-new building. And yes, even brand-new buildings, at times, require some detailed attention. However, we strive to make your move as seamless as possible. We endeavor to hand over the apartment in excellent condition, as we turn over the keys to you. Feel free to contact the Leasing office.

What’s the subletting policy?

The landlord does not allow subletting of any apartments

What’s the parking arrangement at LNX?

There are two levels of underground parking at LNX. It’s on a first come, first serve basis. Parking is an additional $220.00 per month. LNX also has visitors/public parking on the first or P1 level of the underground. This is a paid facility parking. It applies to tenants’ guests, commercial, and public parking.

How much notice is given for inspection?

Usually, at LNX Residences, prefers to give you adequate or advance notice when it is necessary to enter the apartment. However, there are times when it is required to give 24-hour notice or in an event when there is an emergency, where immediate access is required.

What’s the neighborhood like?

Location, location, location! LNX is surrounded by trains, street cars, subway stations, buses, and cars. The GO Train and the UP Express to the airport is just behind the building. How’s that for convenience! Historical and popular High Park is walking distance from us, a little bit of nature at your back door.
